Originally from Western New York, Doug graduated from Clarion University in 1980, and shortly after moved to Tucson, AZ. He spent 24 years in the insurance business, and was the owner of Hallock Insurance Agency, LLC. In 2008, he sold his agency to enter full time ministry as a speaker and musician, traveling and performing in 40 states. He and his family moved to Kingsport in 2011. Doug retired from traveling and returned to the insurance business in 2015, joining David Pendleton & Associates. Doug is licensed to sell property and casualty insurance in Tennessee and Virginia.
